Clear guidance for a grounded birth experience

Supportive childbirth education rooted in clarity and care.

A thoughtful Approach to Childbirth Education

This childbirth education offering is designed to help you understand birth in a clear, grounded, and supportive way. Rather than overwhelming you with information or rigid rules, the focus is on building understanding, confidence, and trust in your ability to navigate the birth experience ahead.

Through evidence-based education and open conversation, you’ll explore how birth works, what your options are, and how to make informed choices that feel right for you and your family. Space is held for questions, reflection, and real-life concerns, so learning feels personal rather than prescriptive.

This is education meant to meet you where you are, whether this is your first birth or a new chapter in your growing family.

Why work with Kaleena?

Kaleena was a rock and advocate, both for me and for my husband for the birth of our first child. From helping us outline our birth plan and think through postpartum priorities to providing incredible relief measures, suggesting different positions, and being with us at each step of labor, she kept me grounded and helped prepare us for the whole process so we could appreciate and prepare to welcome our beautiful girl. She is a gem! We are so grateful for her!

— Marieke and Brent

Kaleena enabled my wife and me to be completely present for our daughter's birth. We weren't pulled away from the birth process by the many logistical factors that come with it (which Kaleena managed with ease), which left us with lasting memories of the birth instead of the logistics. Having a doula reframed the way that my wife and I approached our daughter's birth: she helped us to summon what we didn't know was in us, and was a consistent, compassionate presence. Her hands eased my wife's body, and her words emboldened us.”

— John and Andrea
