Why work with Kaleena?
Kaleena was a rock and advocate, both for me and for my husband for the birth of our first child. From helping us outline our birth plan and think through postpartum priorities to providing incredible relief measures, suggesting different positions, and being with us at each step of labor, she kept me grounded and helped prepare us for the whole process so we could appreciate and prepare to welcome our beautiful girl. She is a gem! We are so grateful for her!
— Marieke and Brent
Kaleena enabled my wife and me to be completely present for our daughter's birth. We weren't pulled away from the birth process by the many logistical factors that come with it (which Kaleena managed with ease), which left us with lasting memories of the birth instead of the logistics. Having a doula reframed the way that my wife and I approached our daughter's birth: she helped us to summon what we didn't know was in us, and was a consistent, compassionate presence. Her hands eased my wife's body, and her words emboldened us.”

It’s important to get information from multiple sources when learning about such an important life event. Just like we shop for our caterers and photographers for our weddings, or just like one may shop at different car dealerships before making that big purchase, hearing information from an objective perspective can shine light on things that may go otherwise unknown.
